Deputy Chairman Political
I live in Rochester East and I was brought up in Medway from the age of 12 where I attended Greenacre School in Walderslade, followed by Walderslade Joint Sixth Form. I read Law at the University of East London from 2008-2013 and I have worked continuously since 2010 when my first job was at Wetherspoons in Rochester.
I have been a member of the Conservatives since 2011, although I have had a keen interest in politics since I was 16. I joined the Conservatives because I realised that they are the only Party that had a chance for changing things after 13 years of a dysfunctional Labour government and despite growing up in a working class, socialist-facing family, I didn’t feel that Labour represented me and what I believed in.
I stood for election in 2015 for Rochester East, missing out on election to Medway Council by just over 300 votes, and in November 2016, and March 2017, I was chosen as Rochester and Strood Conservatives’ Deputy Chairman Political after serving as Digital and Social Media administrator.
