Residents Thank Local Councillor

When Cllr. John Williams received a complaint from an elderly resident about a newly installed street light that had not been working for weeks, he leapt into action immediately. Further investigation identified that no light fitting had actually been installed, this was swiftly followed up by contacting the appropriate department at Medway Council and informing them of the situation.
Within 24 hours, the new lantern had been fitted and was working. The resident was delighted and said she
