Temple Wharf
After many delays, Redrow are bringing forward development plans for the prime riverside site at Temple Wharf in Strood South adjacent to Medway Valley Leisure Park (please see their website for details of the proposed development).
It is vital local councillors acting in the interests of and on behalf of ward residents contribute to the development process to ensure the build out of this wonderfully located site with its great riverside setting and views is appropriately resourced and does not increase the pressure on the schools and doctors nearby that we all use.
There is a need for more high quality housing in Strood and I will be following the proposals for this site to try to ensure the voice of the local residents is heard.
