Dealing with abandoned vehicles
We have seen more reports of abandoned vehicles this year in the ward and were recently approached by residents in Horsted Way and Wilson Avenue concerned that the police / DVLA had not dealt with two vehicles that had been there for several months.
After escalating the matter, we are pleased to report that both vehicles have now been removed. If you do notice any such vehicles in the ward please get in contact with us.
