Rochester South and Horsted has around 20% of all the elderly care beds in Medway.
One of the providers in the ward is Fort Horsted Nursing Home in Primrose Close and we were invited to visit the Home following their latest Inspection Report from the Care Quality Commission which rated the Home as “Good”.
Caring for over 30 residents, the Home was rated safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led by the CQC and we had the pleasure of seeing this at first hand and meeting a number of the residents we represent to talk about their experiences and life in the Home.
