Conservative controlled Medway Council has a great range of public events and festivals throughout the year and last Friday Rupert and Sylvia joined 3,000 other local residents for the Medway Mile in and around Rochester High Street.
This fun evening attracts a huge crowd and features various children’s and mascot races alongside the mass participation events. The evening is capped off with a fireworks display in the Castle Gardens.
