UK Power Networks Priority Service Register
The ward councillors have been contacted by UK Power Networks (the electricity board in old money) asking us to make known amongst residents the extra support they offer to local residents during a power cut.
UK Power Networks provide a ‘Priority Services Register’ for people who might need extra help in a power cut be they older people, families with very young children or people with specific medical conditions – all of whom are among the many people who are eligible to register for free support.
